Nature of service

MyBusinessLoans.in is a business finance facilitator. We are not a bank, NBFC or lending institution and do not sanction or disburse loans. All lending decisions are taken solely by the respective lender.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, fees, tenure or disbursement. Tools such as the eligibility checker and EMI calculator are indicative only.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Providing false information may result in rejection by lenders and may have legal consequences.

Consent to contact

By submitting a form you authorise us and our authorised representatives to contact you through call, SMS, WhatsApp and email regarding your requirement, even if your number is registered under DND/NCPR.

Fees

We do not charge applicants any upfront fee to process an enquiry. Lenders may charge processing and other fees as per their policies. Any fee arrangement between us and lending partners is disclosed in our Partner Disclosures.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for decisions, terms or actions of lenders. Our liability, if any, is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu shall have jurisdiction.

We assist customers in exploring financing opportunities from participating lending partners. Loan approval, sanction amount, interest rate, processing fees, tenure and all other lending terms are determined solely by the respective lender based on its policies and the applicant's eligibility.
